They are freshly roasted Nibs, coated with raw sugar for a couple minutes and cooked at very low heat.
Sweetened and Coconut Flavored Nibs
The organic Cacao bean can also be blended with flavor such as coconut. To add flavor to the nibs, we sugar coated the nibs and then added real coconut.
