The passion fruit is grown in Belize and the concentrate is all natural with nothing added. One of our favorite ways to use it is in juice. For one gallon mix one small container concentrate, two cups sugar, and the juice of two local limes (key limes). Or if you prefer just passion fruit, you could try making a gallon with the 4oz. container and 2 cups sugar. Both juices are delicious slushy. It needs to be refrigerated or frozen and should be able to be kept in the fridge for one week and in the freezer for one year. Enjoy!
