COOKIE DOUGH

  • Thaw Cookie Dough until soft enough to work with.
  • Roll dough into balls (8-12, depending on size) and place on a cookie sheet a few inches apart to have space for spreading. Slightly flatten each dough ball to help them spread.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 15 min or until lightly golden.
  • Remove from the cookie sheet with a metal spatula and let cool on a rack or directly on the countertop.

SPRING ROLLS

  • Fill frying pan with 1-2 inches vegetable oil, heat oil over medium-high heat
  • Place spring rolls into the hot oil and fry until golden brown on all sides (4-5 minutes)
  • Place the spring rolls on paper towels
  • Serve with a sweet & sour, or any chinese sauce

DUMPLINGS (Pan Fried)

  • Mix 150g water + 15g flour, with a few drops of cooking oil
  • Spread dumplings out evenly on a frying pan adn then pour the mixed liquid in the pan
  • Cook, covered, on low heat until the liquid runs dry (10-15 minutes)
  • Dumpling should be ready and the bottom will be crispy 

DUMPLINGS (Boiled)

  • Fill a medium sized pot 2/3 of the way with water
  • Heat the water until it boils, then place the dumplings inside
  • Once dumpling has floated to the top, wait 30 seconds and then remove from water 

BAO/STEAM BUNS (Pan fried)

  • Grease frying pan with oil
  • Set bao on the pan
  • Pour water over each bao (approx. 120ml)
  • Cook on medium low heat until water runs dry. Bottom of bao should get brown and crispy. 

 

SMOOTHIES

  • Pick your liquid and fill the smoothie cup
  • Put it all in blender
  • Pour it back into your cup and enjoy! 

CHICKEN FINGERS & POPCORN CHICKEN (Baked)

  • Preheat oven to 400f (205c) and place chicken fingers on baking pan 
  • Cook for 6-8 minutes, take them out of oven and flip chicken
  • Place back in oven for 6-8 minutes or until fully cooked

CHICKEN FINGERS & POPCORN (Fry)

  • Bring oil to 350f (175c) 
  • Place chicken fingers in oil until they are fully floating and crisp with golden colour

WHITE PASTA SAUCE

  • Warm sauce over low heat in a sauce pan on the stove
  • Whisk in additional milk or butter to thin or thicken the sauce
  • Add it to your chicken and noodles and enjoy!

ITALIAN MEATBALLS

  • Meatballs are fully cooked and just need to be reheated to your preference. Our favourite way is to heat them ina crockpot with tomato pasta sauce 

BBQ PULLED PORK

  • Pulled Pork is fully cooked and perfect to enjoy both warm or cold. We love to add a bit more of our favourite BBQ sauce 

ARTICHOKE SPINACH DIP

  • Serve cold or warm.
  • To heat, place in a microwave safe container and heat in 30 second intervals with stirring in between

COSTA RICE STYLE BEANS

  • Simply heat up in a sauce pan on medium low heat
  • Serve with your favourite dipping bread, tortilla, or fry jack! 

CURRY CHICKEN (BUTTER CHICKEN)

  • Simply heat up in a sauce pan on medium low heat. Chicken is pre-cooked.
  • Serve with Basmati rice and enjoy!

SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS

  • Simply heat up in a sauce pan on medium low heat. Meatballs are pre-cooked.

CHICKEN ALFREDO

  • Take dish out of freezer to thaw.
  • Simply heat up in oven at 175C or in a sauce pan on medium low heat. Chicken and noodles are pre-cooked.

SOUTHWEST CHICKEN

  • Take dish out of freezer to thaw.
  • Simply heat up in oven at 175C or in a sauce pan on medium low heat. Chicken is pre-cooked.

CHICKEN POT PIE

  • Take dish out of freezer to thaw.
  • Simply heat up in oven at 175C until the crust is golden brown and crispy. Chicken is pre-cooked.

PIZZA POCKETS

  • Sprinkle cornmeal or grease baking pan with oil.
  • Place frozen pizza pockets on baking pan to thaw.
  • Place in oven at 200C and bake for 7-10 minutes. The dough should become golden brown.
  • All meat is pre-cooked.

PIZZA

  • Sprinkle cornmeal or grease baking pan with oil.
  • Place frozen pizza on baking pan to thaw.
  • Place in oven at 200C and bake for 10-15 minutes until dough is fully cooked and cheese has melted.
  • All meat is pre-cooked.
